RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

This Product Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy is for all Products (“Product” or “Products”) distributed in the United States by Histolab USA B2B. Note that this Product Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy contains distinct terms and conditions for Returns for purchased product(s) from Histolab USA B2B directly or from an authorized Histolab USA B2B distributor or sales representative. If an item is defective or damaged, please let us know. Any product(s) purchased on “Clearance” are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

 

Please note: Histolab USA B2B is not responsible for lost Returns.

 

Histolab USA B2B currently offers only U.S. shipping for all Products (including Puerto Rico).

Our Returns Policy gives customers 14 days from the order’s delivery date to Return and Exchange a defective or damaged item bought through an authorized Histolab USA B2B sales representative or via Histolab USA B2B website. Products purchased from Amazon and Walmart can not be Returned outside of the specific selling channel.

 

The item(s) shall only be returnable if the Customer notifies Histolab USA B2B of the specific damage or defect in writing within 14 days of the defective product(s) shipment delivery date and Histolab USA B2B confirms receipt of request to Return. Products must be Returned with original packaging and follow all Defective and Broken Products guidelines. If a Customer does not want an Exchange, a Customer Credit can be issued on his/her account for future purchase instead. Once Returned item(s) have been received and inspected, Histolab USA B2B will confirm via email or phone call that the Returned item(s) were received. Histolab USA B2B will also notify customers of the approval or rejection regarding requested Return and Exchange. 

 

Histolab USA B2B holds the right to discontinue this Product Return and Exchange Policy for any Customer, whom Histolab USA B2B determines, in its sole discretion, has misused this Product Return and Exchange Policy and/or misrepresented the reason for Returning product(s).

 

DEFECTIVE AND BROKEN PRODUCTS GUIDELINES

1. Product(s) must be defective to initiate a Return or Exchange.

  1. Products can be visually identified as broken, cracked, leaking, etc.

  2. Products can be physically identified as not functioning or dispersing properly (ie: pump doesn’t work, etc.).

  3. Products have a foul odor or smell like they have gone bad.

  4. If the defect is due to another reason, please contact us to explain and check if you qualify for a Return or Exchange.

 

2. If a problem occurs with the product(s), the product(s) will be replaced free of charge if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The order number from your purchase is provided, the distribution channel (website, sales representative, etc.) is identified, and defective product(s) are identified.

  2. Photos and recorded footage of broken or defective product(s) are reported to your representative or the company.

    1. Photos and recorded footage shall include the following scenes:

      1. Identify the broken product(s) from all angles that show damage or defect.

      2. Identify how the product(s) arrived in the shipping box, if damage during shipping has occurred.

      3. If the defect is due to another reason than those mentioned above, please contact us to explain and check if you qualify for a Return. Please provide photos or recorded footage if possible.

  3. Histolab USA B2B Customer Service team is contacted within 14 days from the order’s delivery date with all required and requested information.

  4. Histolab USA B2B Product Defect Report form is requested and Returned with all required information.

  5. Product is within its expiration period.
